सा.का.नि. 102( अ ) वास्तुकला अधिनियम , 1972 (1972 का-20 ) के खण्ड 15 के उप- खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार वास्तुकला परिषद् से परामर्श करके यह निदेश देती है कि प्राइडनिप्रोवस्का स्टेट अकादमी ऑफ सिविल इंजीनियरिंग एण्ड आर्केटेक्चर , डिप्रोपेट्रोवस्क, यूक्रेन द्वारा वास्तुकला ( 6 वर्षीय कार्यक्रम ) में प्रदान किया जा रहा डिप्लोमा/डिग्री इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मान्य योग्यता है और यह तत्कालीन शिक्षा एवं सामाजिक कल्याण मंत्रालय के भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड-3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1973 को प्रकाशित सं. सा.का.नि. 68 ( अ ) नामक अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित परिवर्तन करती है :-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में ' यूक्रेन ' शीर्षक के तहत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी जाएँ:-
" 7ए ( 1 ) ओडेसा स्टेट अकादमी ऑफ सिविल इंजीनियरिंग एण्ड आर्केटेक्चर , ओडेसा , यूक्रेन द्वारा प्रदत्त डिप्लोमा/मास्टर ऑफ साईंस इन आर्केटेक्चर ।
(2) प्राइडनिप्रोवस्का स्टेट अकादमी ऑफ सिविल इंजीनियरिंग एण्ड आर्केटक्चर , डिप्रोपेट्रोवस्क, यूक्रेन द्वारा प्रदत्त डिप्लोमा/मास्टर इन आर्केटेक्चर ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February , 2008
G.S.R. 102( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Architects Act , 1972(20 of 1972), the Central Government , after consultation with the Council of Architecture , hereby directs that the Diploma/Master in Architecture ( six year programme ) awarded by the Prydniprovs'ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture , Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine shall be recognized qualification for the purpose of this Act, and it makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Education and Social Welfare , number G.S.R. 68 (E ) , dated the 21st February , 1973 published in Part II , Section 3 , sub-section (i ) of Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated the 21st February , 1973 , namely: -.
In the said notification , under the heading 'UKRAINE' , for the entry, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :----
"7A. ( 1 ) Diploma/Master of Science in Architecture awarded by Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture , Odessa, Ukraine .
(2) Diploma/Master in Architecture awarded by Prydniprovs'ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture , Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine."
