का.आ. 393 (अ).--केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2008 ( 2008 का 2 ) द्वारा यथा संशोधित रेल अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उप मुख्य इंजीनियर , सन्निर्माण-11 , लखनऊ , उत्तर रेलवे को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के रायबरेली जिले में निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए " रायबरेली- नई रेल कोच फैक्टरी की स्थापना " की विशेष रेल परियोजना के संबंध में सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

New Delhi , the 25th February, 2008
S.O. 393(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989 ) as amended by the Railways ( Amendment ) Ordinance , 2008 (2 of 2008 ) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Deputy Chief Engineer , Construction - II , Lucknow, Northern Railway to perform the functions of competent authority in respect of the Special Railway Project of "Rae Bareilly-Setting up ofnew Rail Coach Factory " for execution , maintenance , management and operation in the district Rae Bareilly in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .

का.आ. 394 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश , 2008 ( 2008 का 2 ) द्वारा यथा संशोधित रेल अधिनियम, 1989 ( 1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उप मुख्य इंजीनियर , सन्निर्माण , मुख्यालय , हाजीपुर, पूर्व मध्य रेल को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन बिहार राज्य में निष्पादन , अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में यथा उल्लिखित विशेष रेल परियोजनाओं के संबंध में सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

S.O. 394 ( E ).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 7A ) of Section 2 ofthe Railways Act , 1989 (24 of 1989 ) as amended by the Railways (Amendment ) Ordinance , 2008 (2 of 2008 ) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Deputy Chief Engineer , Construction , Head Quarter, Hajipur, East Central Railway to perform the functions of competent authority in respect of the Special Railway Projects as mentioned in column (2) ofthe Table below for execution , maintenance . management and operation in the State of Bihar under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
