का. आ. 395( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य , कृषि , सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 301 , तारीख 27 फरवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
( 1 ) मद ( xiv ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
( इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की
अवधिके लिए ) " ।
" (xiv ) श्री जसबीर सिंह , औद्योगिक सलाहकार, रसायन और पेट्रोरसायन विभाग , शास्त्री भवन , नई दिल्ली ।
(2 ) मद ( xv ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
(इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की " ( xv ) डॉ. वाई. के. गुप्ता , फार्माकोलोजी विभाग
अवधि के लिए ) " ।
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली ।

S.O. 395 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Insecticides Act , 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation , number G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February , 1971 , namely :-
In the said notification ,-
(1) for item (xiv) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
" (xiv ) Shri Jasbir Singh , Industrial Advisor
(Fora period ofthree years from the date of publication of this notification ) " .
