नई दिल्ली, 26 फरवरी , 2008 सं. 10/2008-सीमा शुल्क ( एन. टी. )
का.आ. 397( अ ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की सं. का.आ. 158 ( अ ) , दिनांक 28 जनवरी , 2008 के जरिए जारी अधिसूचना सं. 5/2008 - सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 28 जनवरी , 2008 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए ऐसे प्रतिस्थापन से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने के लिए मुक्त बातों को छोड़कर केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्धारित करता है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची । और अनुसूची II में से प्रत्येक के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी मुद्रा के भारतीय मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन और भारतीय मुद्रा के विदेशी मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन की विनिमय दर 1 मार्च , 2008 से वह दर होगी जो आयातित माल और निर्यात माल के संबंध में उक्त धारा के उद्देश्य के लिए उसके कॉलम ( 3 ) में सामने दी गई प्रविष्टिमें उल्लिखित है ।

New Delhi , the 26th February , 2008
No. 10/2008-CUSTOMS (N.T. )
S.O. 397 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department ofRevenue ) No. 5/2008- Customs (NT) , dated the 28th January, 2008 vide number S.O. 158 (E) , dated the 28th January , 2008 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2 ) of each of Schedule I and Schedule Il annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from 1st March , 2008 be the rate mentioned against it inthe corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof, for the purpose of the said Section , relating to imported and export goods .
