सा.का.नि. 110(अ).-तूतीकोरिन पत्तन की सीमाओं से संबंधित दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 2006 को भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग (पत्तन स्कंध ) की दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का. नि. 3 ( अ ) में " महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (छ) के साथ पठित. भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम, 1908 ( 1908 का 15 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए " के स्थान पर " महापत्तन -न्यास- अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( थ ) के साथ पठित भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 15 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए " पढ़ा जाए ।
