का.आ. 398(अ). होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के उपबंध के अनुसरण में , डॉ. रामजी सिंह को महाराष्ट्र आरोग्य विज्ञान विद्यापीठ , से केंद्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित किया गया है; अतः , अब , केंद्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 482 ( अ ) तारीख6 अगस्त , 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 28 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्र. सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 398 ( E ) . Whereas in pursuance of clause (b ) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act , 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , Dr. Ramjee Singh has been elected as a member to the Central Council of Homoeopathy from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 ; the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department ofHealth), number S.O. 482 ( E ) dated the 6th August , 1974, namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table , under the heading "Elected under clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 ", for serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely : -
