का.आ. 399 (अ). भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2226( अ) , जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर , 1992 को अयोध्या में राम जन्म भूमि - बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए गठित जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, के आंशिक संशोधन में यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग , अपनी रिपोर्ट 30 अप्रैल , 2008 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

New Delhi , the 27th February, 2008
S.O. 399(E ) . In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry ofHome Affairs , No. S.O. 2226 ( E) , dated 31st December , 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 31st December , 2007 extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance , namely, the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi - Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992, it has been decided that the said Commission , namely , the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry, will submit its report on orbefore the 30th April , 2008 .
