पूर्व वर्ष आगमी 3 वर्षों के लिए प्रक्षेपण (क) नियम 26 में,-
( 1 ) अनुज्ञात पेराई क्षमता ( टी.सी.डी. )
(2) संस्थापित पेराई क्षमता ( टी.सी.डी. )
(i) उप- नियम (3 ) में " प्ररूप 9 " शब्द और अंक के स्थान पर " प्ररूप 11 " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(3 ) क्षेत्र , जिस पर गन्ने का उत्पादन किया जाता है ( एकड़ )

(ii) उप- नियम ( 14 ) के पश्चात् आने वाले " प्ररूप सं. 9 " का लोप किया जाएगा ;

G.S.R. 115( E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Sugar Development Fund Act , 1982 (4 of1982) , the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing rules further to amend the Sugar Development Fund Rules , 1983, namely:-
Note : In case the performance has not been upto the accepted norms and if there has been wide fluctuation in the performance please state the reasons in brief.
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Sugar Development Fund (Amendment) Rules , 2008.
