का.आ. 411 ( अ) -दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 2007 की अधि सूचना सं. का. आ. 1519 ( अ ) को छः महीने की अवधि अर्थात् 30 सितम्बर , 2008 तक अथवा खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण द्वारा जी एम संसाधित खाद्यों के विनियम के संबंध में स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा अगली अधिसूचना जारी किए जाने तक, जो पहले हो , स्थगित किया जाता है ।

टिप्पणी: परिसंकटमय सूक्ष्मजीवों/ आनुवंशिक निर्मित जीवों या
कोशिकाओं के विनिर्माण , उपयोग , आयात , निर्यात और भण्डारण नियमावली , 1989 को दिनांक 5 दिसम्बर, 1989 की सं. सा.का.नि. 1037 ( अ ) जो दिनांक 13 सितम्बर, 1993 की सं. का.आ. 677 ( अ ) की अधिसूचना के तहत अस्तित्व में आई और बाद में दिनांक 14 जुलाई , 2005 की सं. सा. का. नि. 493 ( अ ) और दिनांक 20 सितम्बर , 2006 की सं. सा.का.नि. 616 ( अ ) और दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 2007 की सं. का.आ. 1519 ( अ ) की अधिसूचनाओं के तहत इसमें संशोधन किया गया ।

New Delhi , the 25th February , 2008
S.O. 411 ( E) . Notification No. S.O. 1519 ( E) dated 23rd August , 2007 is kept in abeyance for a period of six months i.e. up to 30th September , 2008 or until issue of further notification by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare regarding regulation of GM processed foods by the Food Safety and Standards Authority , whichever is earlier.

Note : The Manufacture , Use , Import , Export and Storage ofHazardous micro- organisms/Genetically engi- neered organisms or Cell Rules , 1989 were pub- lished in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 1037( E) , dated the 5th December, 1989 , which came into force vide notification No. S.O. 677 (E), dated the 13th September, 1993 , and subsequently were amended vide notification numbers G.S.R. 493 ( E) , dated the 14th July, 2005 , G.S.R. 616( E) , dated the 20th September , 2006 and No. S.O. 1519(E) dated 23-8-2007 .
