का.आ. 412(अ).....सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 8 के अन्तर्गत मुझे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मैं, डी. डी. इंगटी , सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त, कोचिन , कंटेनर और आयातित माल , कंटेनर के सभी एफसीएल/एल सी एल आयातित माल के डीस्टपिंफग , निकासी से पहले सीमाशुल्क परीक्षण, कंटेनरों में निर्यात कारगो का परीक्षण , निकासी और स्टफ्फिग और सीमाशुल्क क्षेत्र के सीमाओं को विनिर्दिष्ट करने के लिए मैसर्स फाल्कन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड उद्योगमण्डल द्वारा एलूर विल्लेज , उद्योगमण्डल में एक कंटेनर फ्राइट स्टेशन स्थापित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एतद्वारा सीमाशुल्क क्षेत्र घोषित करता हूँ ।

S.O. 412 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 8 of the Customs Act , 1962 , I , D.D. Ingty, Commissioner of Customs , Cochin , hereby declare the following areas as Customs area for the purpose of setting up of a Container Freight Station by M/s . Falcon Infrastructure Ltd. , Udyogamandal at Eloor Village , Udyogmandal for storage of containers and imported goods , containers therein destuffing of all FCL / LCL imported goods , Customs Examination before clearance , examination , clearance and stuffing of export cargo into containers and specify the limits of Customs Area .

अधिसूचना कोचिन , 18 दिसम्बर , 2007 सं. 11/2007
विषय : कंटेनर फ्रेईट स्टेशन में लाए गए आयातित माल और निर्यात माल के अभिरक्षक की नियुक्ति- संबंधित ।
Sub.: Appointment of Custodian of imported goods and export Cargo brought into Container Freight Station Reg .
का.आ. 413(अ), सीमाशुल्क अधिनयम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) , की धारा 4.5 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, डी. डी. इंगटी , सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त, सीमाशुल्क गृह, कोचिन 9 . एतद्वारा मैसर्स फाल्कन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड , उद्योगमण्डल को कोचिन पोर्ट और अन्य पत्तनों के जरिए प्राप्त कंटेनरों और इस सीमाशुल्क गृह के अधिसूचना सं. 10/07 दिनांक 18-12-2007 द्वारा अधिसूचित उद्योगमण्डल ( एलूर गांव , उद्योगमण्डल ) में स्थित कंटेनर फ्रेईट स्टेशन में पहुंचाए गए आयातित माल ( एफ सी एल एल सी एल.दोनों ) , कंटेनर फ्राइट स्टेशन , उद्योगमण्डल के अभिरक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करता हूं, वे आगे के जहाज लादान के लिए स्टफिंग , लंखा जोखा रखने , सीमाशुल्क द्वारा परीक्षण करने आदि के लिए कोचिन पत्तन में सील किए हुए कंटेनरों में परिवहन करने और सुरक्षित वितरण के लिए लाए गए निर्यात माल के लिए भी अभिरक्षक होंगे ।
S.O. 413 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Sec .45 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) I , D.D. Ingty. Commissioner of Customs , Custom House , Cochin- 9. hereby appoint M/ s . Falcon Infrastructure Ltd .. Udyogamandal , tobe the custodian of imported goods (both FCL and LCL ) Container Freight Station , Udyogamandal , in containers received at through Cochin Port and or other ports and transported to the Container Freight Station located at Udyogamandal ( Floor Village , Udyogamandal ) notified vide this Custom House Notification No. 10/2007 dated 18-12-2007 . They will also be the custodian of export cargo brought into the container freight station at Udyogamandal for stuffing , accountal, Customs Examination , transportation and safe delivery of the Customs sealed containers at Cochin Port for onward reshipment.
2. मैसर्स फाल्कन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड उद्योगमण्डल को आयात और निर्यात माल के अभिरक्षक के रूप में पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 45 ( 2 ) के उपबंधों और उपर्युक्त विषय पर समय - समय पर जारी नियमों और विनियमों और अनुदेशों का पालन करना होगा । उन्हें विद्यमान निर्देशों के अनुसार कंटेनर फ्रेईट स्टेशन में भण्डारण किए गए प्रस्तावित आयात माल की सुरक्षा के सम्बन्ध में कंटेनर फ्रेईट स्टेशन से परिचालन आरम्भ करने से पहले एक बाँड का निष्पादन करना होगा । बाँड बैंक गारंटी उचित अधिकारी द्वारा स्वीकृत करने की तारीख से अधिसूचना प्रभाव में आएगी ।
2. M/ s . Falcon Infrastructure Ltd. , Udogamandal , as the custodian of the goods meant for import and export wouldbe required to comply with the provisions of Sec . 45 ( 2 ) of the Act ibid as we'l as rules and regulations and instructions issued from time to time and on the subject mentioned above . They should also execute a bond with security for the import cargo expected to be stored in the Container Freight Station in terms of existing instructions . before starting the operations at Container Freight Station . The Notificaiton would come into effect from the date of acceptance of Bond/ Bank Guarantee by the proper officer .
3. सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 45 ( 3 ) के अनुसार किसी आयातित त्रस्तु के उतारने के बाद चोरी हो जाए तो मैसर्स फाल्कन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिनिटंड को शुल्क अदा करना होगा ।
3.M/ s . Falcon Infrastructure 1.td. , shall be liable to pay duty if any imported goods are pilfered after unloading thereof as per Sec . 45 ( 3 ) of Customs Act , 1962.
