6. का.आ. 420( अ ).- यतः, मै. एन.जी. रियल्टी प्रा. लिमिटेड, जो गुजरात राज्य में एक निजी संगठन है , ने गुजरात राज्य के गांव राजोदा , तालुका- बावला, जिला अहमदाबाद में इंजीनियरिंग क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) , ( जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;

13. और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने गुजरात राज्य में उक्त गांव राजोदा, तालुका- बावला, जिला अहमदाबाद जिले में इंजीनियरिंग क्षेत्र के लिए एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , प्रचालन एवं रख - रखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 23 मई, 2007 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

अतः , अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , गुजरात राज्य में उक्त गांव राजोदा, तालुका- बावला , जिला अहमदाबाद जिले में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं , अर्थात्:-

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section (8 ) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub - section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation and maintenance of the Special Economic Zone for engineer- ing sector at Rajoda Village area on 23rd May , 2007;

Now , therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Village Rajoda, Taluka Bawla , District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat, com- prising of the survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zone , namely:-

का.आ. 421 ( अ ), विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. एन.जी. रियल्टी प्रा. लिमिटेड द्वारा गुजरात राज्य के गांव राजोदा , तालुका- बावला , जिला अहमदाबाद में विकसित इंजीनियरिंग क्षेत्र हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्: -
असाधारण
1.
-अध्यक्ष , पदेन विकास आयुक्त, विशेष आर्थिक जोन
2. निदेशक अथवा उपसचिव , भारत -सदस्य, पदेन सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा ।
3.. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , सदस्य, पदेन गुजरात
-सदस्य, पदेन 4. सीमाशुल्क एवं उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त, भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , वित्त मंत्रालय , बैंकिंग -सदस्य, पदेन प्रभाग , भारत सरकार
7. गुजरात सरकार द्वारा नामित किए जाने वाले सदस्य , पदेन दो अधिकारी जिनका स्तर संयुक्त सचिव के कम नहीं होगा
8. मैं. एन. जी. रियल्टी प्रा. लिमिटेड
-विशेष आमंत्रिती (विकासकर्ता) का प्रतिनिधि 2. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त की अनुपस्थिति में उनका प्रतिनिधित्व वह अधिकारी करेगा जिसका स्तर संयुक्त विकास आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा।

S.O. 421 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 ( 28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee tobe called the Approval Committee for the engineering sector Special Economic Zone at Village, Rajoda, Taluka- Bawla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat developed by M/ s N. G. Realty Private Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting ofthe following Chairperson and Members , namely:
Ex-Officio 1. Development Commissioner -Chairperson , ofthe Special Economic Zone
-Member,
Ex-Officio 2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government ofIndia 4

का.आ. 422( अ ) - विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 3 मार्च , 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से निम्नलिखित विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा :-
मै. एन.जी. रियल्टी प्रा. लिमिटेड द्वारा विकसित 1. गुजरात राज्य के गांव राजोदा , तालुक- बावला, जिला अहमदाबाद में इंजीनियरिंग क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन;

S.O. 422 ( E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 ( 28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 3rd day of March , 2008 as the date from which the following Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be inland container depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 :--
1. Sector Specific Special Economic Developed byM/ s . N.G. Realty Private Limited Zone for engineering sector at Village -Rajoda, Taluka- Bawla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat;
