का.आ. 423(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 396 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) , तारीख 27 जून, 2007 में, संख्या का.आ. 1038 ( अ) , तारीख 27 जून , 2007 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में,

(क) पैरा 11 में, " 1088 " , अंक के स्थान पर " 10.88 " अंक रखे जाएंगे ;

(ख) पैरा 13 के उप- पैरा ( ख ) में, " स्टाकिस्टों " शब्द के स्थान पर " स्टाकिस्ट " शब्द रखा जाएगा;

(ग ) हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 4th March , 2008

S.O. 423 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (1 ) and (2 ) of Section 396 of the Compa- nies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs , published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II, Section 3, Sub - section (ii) , dated the 27th June , 2007 , vide number S.O. 1038 ( E ) , dated the 27th June , 2007, namely :-

2. In the said notification ,

(a) in para 11 for the figure " 1088 " , the figure " 10.88 " shall be substituted ;

(b) in sub -para (b ) of para 13 for the word "Stickist" , the word " Stokist " shall be substituted ;
