का.आ. 425 ( अ ).-कॉफी नियम , 1955 के नियम 3 तथा नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित कॉफी अधिनियम , 1942 (1942 का 7 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से कॉफी बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उक्त प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय ( वाणिज्य विभाग ) की तारीख 11 जुलाई, 2006 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1041 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्र. सं. 28 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्र. सं. और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
-सदस्य " 28. आयुक्त-सह- सचिव, कृषिविभाग ,
उड़ीसा सरकार, उड़ीसा सचिवालय, राजीव भवन , भुवनेश्वर-751001 " .

टिप्पणी, मुख्य अधिसूचना तारीख 11 जुलाई , 2006 की, संख्या का.आ. 1041 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड (ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी और बाद में तारीख 6 सितम्बर , 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1469( अ ) तथा तारीख 11 जनवरी , 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 32 ( अ ) के तहत उसमें संशोधन किया गया था ।

New Delhi , the 3rd March, 2008
S.O. 425 (Е ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2 ) of Section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942) , read with rule 3 and sub -rule ( 1 ) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules , 1955 , the Central Government hereby appoints the member of the Coffee Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India inthe Ministry of Commerce and Industry ( Department of Commerce), number S.O. 1041 (E) , dated the 11th July, 2006, namely:-
In the said notification , for serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
-Member "28. Commissioner- cum- Secretary ,
Agriculture Department ,
Government of Orissa ,
Orissa Secretariat , Rajiv Bhawan ,
Bhubaneswar- 751001 . "

Note. The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part 11 , Section 3, Sub -section ( ii ) , vide number S.O. 1041 (E) , dated the 11th July, 2006, and subsequently amended vide notification numbers S.O. 1469 (E ) , dated the 6th September , 2006 and S.O. 32 (E) dated 11th January , 2007.
