का.आ. 436 (अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा , सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त, केन्द्रीय राजस्व भवन , स्टैच्यूसर्किल , जयपुर को निम्नलिखित को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करने तथा सौंपे गए कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु सामान्य न्याय-निर्णयन प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त करता है :
