सा.का.नि. 165(अ)/आ.व./ईख.-केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईख ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और उसके उप - खण्ड ( i ) में वर्णित विभिन्न तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए , और केन्द्रीय सरकार के ऐसे प्राधिकारियों, निकायों और एसोसिएशनों जिनसे वह परामर्श करना आवश्यक समझती हो , से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् 9 प्रतिशत चीनी की मूल रिकवरी से सम्बद्ध गन्ने के 80.25 रुपये प्रतिक्विटल की मूल न्यूनतम कीमत जो इस स्तर से अधिक रिकवरी के लिए प्रत्येक 0.1 प्रतिशत प्वाइंट की वृद्धि के लिए 0.90 रुपये के प्रीमियम की शर्त के अध्यधीन हो , के आधार पर एतद्वारा इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उस न्यूनतम कीमत के रूप में नियत करती है जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वात कड़ाह प्रक्रिया वाले चीनी कारखाने के स्वामियों द्वारा या उनके अभिकर्ताओं द्वारा उनके कारखानों के द्वार पर या किसी क्रय केन्द्र पर 30 सितम्बर , 2007 को समाप्त होने वाले चीनी वर्ष 2006-2007 के लिए परिदत्त ईख के लिए संदेय होगी , किन्तु ऐसा, उक्त आदेश के खण्ड 3 क के अधीन उसके लिए संदेय रिबेट के अधीन रहते हुए किया जाएगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 5th March, 2008
G.S.R. 165 ( E )/ Ess . Com./Sugarcane.--In excrcise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1966 and having regard to the various factors mentioned in sub - clause ( 1 ) thereof, the Central Government , after consultation with such authorities , Bodies and Associations as are considered necessary by it to be consulted and on the basis of the basic minimum price of sugarcane at Rs . 80.25 per quintal linked to a basic recovery of 9% sugar subject to a premium of Re. 0.90 for every 0.1 % point increase in the recovery above that level, hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Schedule hereto annexed as the minimum price that shall be payable by the owners of the vacuum pan process sugar factories specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule or their agents for the sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or any purchasing centre for the sugar year 2006-2007 ending the 30th September, 2007 subject to the rebates payable therefor under clause 3A of the said Order .
