सा.का.नि. 168( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 69/2004-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 9 जुलाई , 2004 , सा.का. नि. 411 ( अ ) , तारीख 9 जुलाई , 2004 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 53 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित की जायेंगी , अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 168 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ), No. 69/2004- Customs , dated the 9th July, 2004, G.S.R. 411 (E ) , dated the 9th July, 2004 namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table , after S. No. 53 and the entries relating thereto , following S. No. and entries shall be inserted , namely: --
