अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 4 मार्च , 2008 (चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स)
New Delhi , the 4th March , 2008 (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS)
सं. 1-सीए( 7 )/110/2008.- चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 9 ) के द्वारा चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 (1949 का 38 ) का संशोधन किया गया है ;
No. 1 -CA(7) /110/2008 .-Whereas , the Chartered Accountants Act , 1949 (38 of 1949) has been amended by the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act, 2006 (9 of2006);
और भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान की परिषद् को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अधीन रजिस्टर में अध्येता के रूप में नामों की प्रविष्टि के लिए फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्त किया गया है ;
And, whereas, the Council of the Institute of Char- teredAccountants of India has been empowered to deter- mine, under sub-section (3 ) of Section 5 of the said Act, the fee for entry of names in the Register as a fellow ;
अतः , अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् एतद्वारा यह अवधारित करती है कि,-
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub - section (3) of Section 5 of the said Act, the Council hereby determines that, ---
1 अप्रैल , 2008 से संस्थान के अध्येता के रूप में रजिस्टर में अपना नाम प्रविष्ट कराने के लिए किसी सदस्य द्वारा संदेय फीस की राशि केवल एक हजार पांच सौ रुपए होगी ।
with effect from the 1st day of April , 2008, the fee payableby amember for entry in the Register as a fellow of the Institute shall be rupees one thousand five hundred only.

परिषद् को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 की उप- धारा (3 ) के अधीन सदस्यों के रजिस्टर में अध्येता के रूप में नामों की प्रविष्टि के लिए फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्तं करते हुए, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 2006 के द्वारा चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 के संशोधन के अनुसरण में जारी की गई है । चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियम , 1988 के सुसंगत उपबंधों में पारिणामिक संशोधन किए जा रहे हैं ।
Note : This notification is issued pursuant to amendment to Chartered Accountants Act , 1949 by the Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act , 2006 empowering the Council of the Institute to deter- mine under sub - section (3 ) of Section 5 of the said Act the fee for entry in the Register of Members as a fellow . The consequent amendments to the relevant provisions of the Chartered Accountants Regulations , 1988 are underway .
