(CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS) (चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स)
सं. 1 -सीए ( 7 )/109/2008.-चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 9 ) के द्वारा चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 (1949 का 38 ) का संशोधन किया गया है;
No. 1 - CA( 7)/109/2008.-Whereas the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) has been amended by the Chartered Accountants (Amendment ) Act, 2006 (9of2006);
और भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान की परिषद् को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अधीन रजिस्टर में नामों की प्रविष्टिके लिए फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्त किया गया है ;
Andwhereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been empowered to determine, under sub -section (3 ) of Section 4 of the said Act, the fee for entry of names in the Register ;
अतः , अब , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा (3 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए परिषद् एतद्वारा यह अवधारित करती है कि,-
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by said sub -section (3 ) of Section 4 of the said Act, the Council herebydetermines that, ----
1 अप्रैल , 2008 से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन रजिस्टर में अपना नाम प्रविष्ट कराने के लिए प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति द्वारा संदेय फीस की राशि केवल एक हजार रुपए होगी।
with effect from the 1st day of April , 2008, the fee payable by every person eligible to have his name entered in the Register under Section 4 of the said Act shall be rupees one thousand only .

Note: This notification is issued pursuant to amendment to Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 by the CharteredAccountants ( Amendment ) Act, 2006 empowering the Council of the Institute to determine under sub -section (3 ) of Section 4 of the said Act the fee for entry in the Register of Members. The consequent amendments to the relevant provisions of the Chartered Accountants Regulations , 1988 are underway .
टिप्पण:-यह अधिसूचना भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान की परिषद् को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - धारा (3 ) के अधीन रजिस्टर में सदस्यों के नामों की प्रविष्टि के लिए फीस अवधारित करने हेतु सशक्त करते हुए चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स ( संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2006 के द्वारा चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स अधिनियम , 1949 के संशोधन के अनुसरण में जारी की गई है, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स विनियम , 1988 के सुसंगत उपबंधों में पारिणामिक संशोधन किए जा रहे हैं ।
