अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 7 मार्च , 2008 सं. 25/2008-सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
सा.का.नि. 170(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 110 की उप - धारा ( 1 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार माल की नश्वर प्रकृति , समय बीतने के साथ मूल्य में ह्रास , भंडारण स्थान की बाध्यता एवं माल की मूल्यवान प्रकृति को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 31 /86- सीमा शुल्क , दिनांक 5 फरवरी , 1986 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करती है :-
G.S.R. 170 ( E).-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section ( IA) of Section 110 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , having regard to the perishable nature , depreciation in the value with the passage of time, constraints of storage space and valuable nature of the goods , hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 31 /86-Customs , dated 5th February , 1986 , namely :-- उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में मद सं. 16 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित मद संख्या और प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी, नामशः :-
" 17. चन्दन "
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification , after item No.16 and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entry shall be added namely :- " 17. Sandalwood" .

(अ) , दिनांक । मार्च, 1995 , सं. सा.का.नि. 120( अ ) दिनांक 11 मार्च, 1996 , सं. सा.का.नि. 671(अ ) , दिनांक 12 नवम्बर , 1998 , सा.का.नि. 117(अ ) , दिनांक 16 फरवरी , 2004 द्वारा परवर्ती संशोधन किए गए तथा अंतिम संशोधन सं. सा.का.नि. 226 ( अ) दिनांक 11 अप्रैल, 2005 द्वारा किया गया ।
