का.आ. 451 (अ).- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम सं. 2 में दिए गए निम्नलिखित आदेशों में दिए गए नोट ( क ) ( नीचे दी गई सारणी II के अधिकतम कीमत और समतुल्य अधिकतम खुदरा कीमत के अन्य पैक आकारों ) के अधिसूचनाओं को नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम सं. 4 में दिए गए क्रमशः अनुसार पढ़ा जाए ।

सारणी- II के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.0662 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इसके अतिरिक्त 251 मिलि से 500 मिलि के बीच के पैक आकारों के लिए ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत में से 0.06 रुपये प्रति 5 मिलि घटाये जाएं । इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी- I के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।

2. 193(अ) दिनांक 29-1-2008 सारणी- II के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ (2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.0606 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी । के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।

4. 197 ( अ ) दिनांक 29-1-2008 सारणी -11 के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उत्च्च्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ (2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.06076 रूपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं , इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत का सारणी के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।

6. 201 ( अ ) दिनांक 29-1-2008 सारणी- II के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ (2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.059 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी -1 के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।
सारणी -11 के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.059 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इसके अतिरिक्त 251 मिलि से 500 मिलि के बीच के पैक आकारों के लिए ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत में से 0.06 रुपये प्रति 5 मिलि घटाये जाएं । इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी -1 के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचितं कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।
7. 202( अ) दिनांक29-1-2008 सारणी- IJ के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पैक आकार की स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.0658 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता/विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी -1 के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ (6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।

10. 206(अ) दिनांक29-1-2008 सारणी 11 के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में दिए गए पैक आकारों के अलावा अन्य पैक आकारों के लिए निकटतम उच्चतर पंक आकार की स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकतम कीमत में से 0.2424 रुपये प्रति मिलि की दर से घटाये जाएं, इन कीमतों की गणना विनिर्माता /विपणन कम्पनी द्वारा की जाए एवं ऐसे गणना की गई कीमत को सारणी -1 के स्तंभ ( 5 ) और स्तंभ ( 6 ) में की अधिसूचित कीमत की तत्स्थानी अधिकतम कीमत के रूप में अपनायी जाए ।
