का. आ. 452( अ ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार दिनांक 26 जुलाई , 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1269 ( अ ) , जिसके तहत मै. मुंद्रा पोर्ट एवं विशेष आर्थिक जोन लि. द्वारा मुंद्रा, गुजरात में विकसित बहु- उत्पाद विशेष आर्थिक जोन हेतु अनुमोदन समिति गठित की गई है , में एतद्वारा संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में ,
( i ) पैराग्राफ । में क्र. सं. ( 1 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:- " विशेष आर्थिक जोन का विकास आयुक्त अध्यक्ष, पदेन"

New Delhi, the 7th March , 2008
S.O. 452 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby amends the notification number S.O. 1269 ( E ) dated the 26th July , 2007 , constituting the Approval Committee for the multi -product Special Economic Zone at Mundra , Gujarat developed by M/ s . Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Limited, namely :-
In the said notification .
(i) in paragraph 1 for serial number ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" 1. Development Commissioner ofthe Special Economic Zone- Chairperson , Ex -Officio "
(ii) paragraph 2 shall be omitted .
