सा.का.नि. 778( अ ) - राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राष्ट्रीय पशु स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, बागपत , अपर निदेशक, संयुक्त निदेशक और सहायक निदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2006 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय पशु स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, बागपत, अपर निदेशक, संयुक्त निदेशक और सहायक निदेशक भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है ।
(ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को लागू होंगे ।
2. राष्ट्रीय पशु स्वास्थ्य संस्थान , बागपत , अपर निदेशक , संयुक्त निदेशक और सहायक निदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2006 में,- (क) नियम के, उप- नियम ( 1 ) में, अंत में आने वाले ' 2006' अंकों के स्थान पर, ' 2007 ' अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) अनुसूची में,
(i ) स्तंभ 12 में , आवश्यक शीर्षक के अधीन पद क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने ' वी वी एस सी और पशुपालन डिग्री ' अक्षरों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " बी. बी. एस सी और पशुपालन डिग्री " अक्षर और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ; और (i ) स्तंभ 12 में, आवश्यक शीर्षक के अधीन पद क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने " वी. वी. एस सी और पशुपालन डिग्री " अक्षरों और शब्दों के स्थान पर, " बी. जी. एस सी और पशुपालन डिग्री " अक्षर और शब्द रखें जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th September , 2008
G.S.R. 778 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 ofthe Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Institute of Animal Health , Bagpat , Additional Director , Joint Director and Assistant Director Recruitment Rules , 2006 , namely :
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Institute of Animal Health, Bagpat, Additional Director, Joint Director andAssistant Director, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2008.
( ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2 In the National Institute ofAnimal Health , Bagpat , Additional Director , Joint Director and Assistant Director, RecruianentRules , 2006 ,-
(a) in rule 1 , in sub - rule ( 1 ) , for the figures "2006" occurring at the end, the figures " 2007 " shall be substituted;
(b) In the Schedule,-
(1) in colutan ( 12) against the post at Sl . No. I under the heading Essential:, for the letters and words" V.V.Sc. and Animal Husbandry Degree " , the letters and words " B.V.Sc. and Animal Husbandry Degree" shall be substituted; and
(1) in column ( 12 ) against the post at Sl . No. 2 under the heading Essential:, for the letters and words " V.V.Sc. and Animal Husbandry Degree " , the letters and words " B.V.Sc. and Animal Husbandry Degree" shall be substituted.
