सह.का.नि. 779( अ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर किलोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 116/2008 - सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 31 अक्तूबर, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , अक्षर और शब्द " 200 रुपये प्रति टन " के स्थान पर अक्षर और शब्द " 8 प्रतिशत मूल्यानुसार " प्रतिस्थापित किए जायेंगे ।

G.S.R. 779(E) .In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Departinent ofRevenue ) No. 116/2008 -Customs , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 760(E) , dated the 31stOctober, 2008 namely :--
In the said notification, for the words and figures "Rs. 200 per tonne" , the figures and words, " 8% ad valorem." shall be substituted.
