नई का.आ. 2624( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार संतुष्ट है किलोकहित में ऐसा अपेक्षित है कि भारत सरकार टकसाल , कोलकाता, नोएडा, मुम्बई, हैदराबाद एवं चेरलापल्ली जिला रंगारेड्डी (आन्ध्र प्रदेश ) में सेवाओं को जिसे औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 11 के अन्तर्गत निर्दिष्ट किया गया है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवाएं घोषित किया जाना चाहिए ।
अतः , अब , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( द ) के उप-खण्ड ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 7th November, 2008
S.O. 2624 (E) .-Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the public interest requires that the services in the India Government Mints , Kolkata, Noida, Mumbai , Hyderabad and Cherlapally District Ranga Reddy (Andhra Pradesh) which is covered by item 11 ofthe First Schedule to the IndustrialDisputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , should be declared to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act.
Now, therefore , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-clause (vi ) ofclause (n) ofSection 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 , the Central Government hereby declares with immediate effect the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act for a period of six months .
