का.आ. 2626( अ ) संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खण्ड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, राष्ट्रपति एतद्वारा यह निदेश देती हैं कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप - राज्यपाल , राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन तथा अगले आदेशों तक, दन्त चिकित्सक अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 16 ) तथा इसके तहत बनाए गए नियमों के अन्तर्गत राज्य सरकार की शक्तियों का भी प्रयोग करेंगे और कार्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे ।

S.O. 2626 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article 239 ofthe Constitution , the President hereby directs that the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall , subject to the control of the President and until further orders , also exercise the powers and discharge the functions ofthe State Government under the Dentist Act, 1948 (16 of 1948) and the rules made thereunder.
