आ.अ. 164( अ ). लोक प्रतिनिधत्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्यसरकार के अधिकारी को , ऐसे अधिकारी के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित तथा दिनांक 17 अगस्त, 2007 को राज्य के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित संसदीय तथा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के परिसीमन आदेश सं. 54 द्वारा यथानिर्धारित तथा उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ । में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट बिहार राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है :-
