श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 7 नवम्बर , 2008

का.आ. 2629(अ), कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा 5कक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत श्री बी. पी. पंत को कार्यकारी समिति ( कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि ) के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित मंत्रालय की दिनांक 16 सितम्बर , 2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2202 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
S.O. 2629 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5AA of the Employees ' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 ( 19 of 1952) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. P. Pant as a Member ofthe Executive Committee (Employees ' Provident Fund) under the said Act and makes the following amendment in this Ministry's Notification published in the Gazette of India having No. S.O. 2202(E) dated 16th September, 2008:-
2. In the said Notification under the heading "Appointed under caluse (d) of sub- section (2) of Section 5AA" , for entries against Sl . No. 09, the following entry shall be substituted namely :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा ऽकक की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) के तहत नियुक्त " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 09 पर प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
