NewDelhi , the 12th November , 2008 No. 117/2006-CUSTOMS (N.T. ) नई दिल्ली , 12 नवम्बर, 2008 सं. 117/2008-सीमाशुल्क ( गै, है. )
G.S.R. 785(E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) ofsub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment inthenotification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/ 1997-Customs (N.T. ), G.S.R. 193 (E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:-
स्व.का.नि. 785( अ) सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (क क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं 12/ 1997-सीमा शुल्क (गै.टै ) सा. का. नि. 193 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्
In the said notification , in the Table, against seríal number 10, in column ( 3 ) , after item ( vi ) and the corresponding entry relating thereto in column (4) , the following shall be inserted , namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में क्रम संख्या 10 के सामने कॉलम ( 3 ) में मद ( vi ) और कॉलम ( 4 ) में उससे संबंधित सामने दी गई प्रविष्टि के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

: मूल अधिसूचना सं. 12/97 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै. है ) दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग- II , खंड-3 , उप-खंड (i ) में सा. का. नि. 193 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 के जरिए प्रकाशित हुई थी और इसमें अंतिम बार संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II खंड-3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में सा. का. नि. 542 (अ) दिनांक 17 जुलाई , 2008 के जरिए प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. 88/2008 -सीमा शुल्क (गै. है ) दिनांक 17 जुलाई , 2008 के द्वारा किया गया था ।
