New Delhi , the 12th November , 2008 नई दिल्ली , 12 नवम्बर , 2008
S.O. 2639 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Employees ' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 1122 (E) , dated the 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (ii) dated the 9th May, 2008 .
का.आ. 2639( अ ).-कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 9 मार्च , 2008 के भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 9 मई , 2009 की श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1122( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
In the said notification under the heading "Elected by the Parliament under clause (i) of Section 4 " against Sl . No. 54, the following entries shall be substituted namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 के खण्ड ( झ ) के अन्तर्गत संसद द्वारा नियुक्त " शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत क्रम संख्या 54 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
