सा.का. नि. 787 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की द्वारा 205ग की उप - धारा ( 3 ) और धारा 610 ख के साथ पठित धारा 642 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि ( विनिधानकर्ताओं की जागरूकता और संरक्षण ) नियम , 2001 का संशोधन करते हुए , निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि ( विनिधानकर्ताओं की जागरूकता और संरक्षण ) ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 है ।
(ii ) ये नियम 7 दिसम्बर , 2008 से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि ( विनिधानकर्ताओं की जागरूकता और संरक्षण ) नियम, 2001 में, नियम 3 के अधीन विहित प्ररूप 1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्ररूप रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th November, 2008 G.S.R. 787 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 642 read with section 610B of the Companies Act, 1956 and sub-section (3) of section 205C of the Companies Act ( 1 of 1956 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Investor Education and Protection
Fund ( Awareness and Protection of Investors) Rules , 2001 , namely: -
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund
( Awareness and Protection of Investors ) ( Amendment ) Rules , 2008 .
(2) These rules shall come into force from 7th December , 2008.
2. In the Investor Education and Protection Fund ( Awareness and Protection of Investors) Rules , 2001 , for the Form 1 , prescribed under rule 3, the
