का.आ. 2664(अ )-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रसरकार , विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009, ( आरई-2008 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
S.O. 2664(E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy ( FTP) , 2004-2009 , as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in FTP 2004-2009 (RE-2008).
1. पैराग्राफ 3.9.2.2 में, उप- पैराग्राफ ' ठ' और ' ड ' को तत्काल प्रभाव से हटा दिया गया है ।
1. In Paragraph 3.9.2.2 . , sub- paragraphs 1. and m. stand deleted with immediate effect:-
2. Consequently, exports of Cement in all types and forms , and Primary Steel Products as listed in Public Notice No. 130 (RE-2007) 2004-2009 dated 27-3-2008 , as amended from time to time , made with effect from the date of issuance ofthis Notification shall be eligible for export incentives under Focus Market Scheme .
2. परिणामस्वरूप , सभी प्रकार और रूपों में सीमेंट तथा समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं. 130 (आरई-2007)/2004-2009 दिनांक 27-3-2008 में यथा सूचीबद्ध प्रमुख इस्पात उत्पादों का इस अधिसूचना को जारी करने की तारीख से किया गया निर्यात फोकस मार्केट स्कीम के तहत निर्यात प्रोत्साहन पाने का पात्र होगा ।
