सरकारी प्रतिभूति विनियमावली 2007 के विनियम 17 के उप विनियम 5 के अंतर्गत सरकारी प्रतिभूति के स्वत्वाधिकार निश्चित करने के लिए नोटिस जारी
हम सूचित करते हैं कि बैंक के मतानुसार सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों के स्वत्वाधिकार, विशेषतः इस नोटिस को संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित, में संदेह है । सरकारी प्रतिभूति अधिनियम 2006 की धारा 12( 1 ) तथा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित सरकारी प्रतिभूति विनियमावली 2007 के विनियम 17 ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में ऐसे व्यक्ति/व्यक्तियों का निर्धारण किया जाए जो बैंक के प्रयोजन के लिए उक्त सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों के हकदार होंगे । ऐसे सभी दावेदारों को नोटिस जारी किया है । साथ ही भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में तथा स्थानीय सरकारी राजपत्र में उसे प्रकाशित किया गया है । स्वत्वाधिकार निश्चित करने के लिए पार्टीयों द्वारा
संबंधित दावों के समर्थन में शपथपत्र द्वारा तथा व्यक्तिगत रूप से निर्धारित समय, स्थान पर उपस्थित रहते हुए प्रस्तुत प्रमाण की जांच के अनुसार निर्णय किया जाएगा । अनुसूची में वर्णन किए गए अनुसार यह निर्धारित किया जाता है कि सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों का हक श्रीमती लीला हरी आपटे को है ।

We advise that in the opinion of the Bank a doubt existed as to the title to the Government Securities , more particularly described in the schedule , annexed to this notice .
