S.R.O. 30 (E).-Whereas , the Central Government, by its notification vide S.R.O. 29 (E) , dated 3rd October , 2008 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 4 has fixed 14th December , 2008 as the date onwhich elections to Cantonment Boards Jabalpur , Mhow and Saugor shall be held.
का.नि.आ. 30 (अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 4 में प्रकाशित अपनी अधिसूचना का.नि.आ. 29 ( अ ) , तारीख 3 अक्तूबर , 2008 द्वारा 14 दिसम्बर, 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत किया है , जिसको जबलपुर, महू और सागर छावनी बोडों का निर्वाचन होना है ।
केन्द्रीय सरकार की जानकारी में यह लाया गया है कि मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में विधान सभा के निर्वाचन के लिए 27 नवम्बर , 2008 . अधिसूचित की गई है ।
Whereas it has been brought to the notice of the Central Government that the Assembly Elections for the Madhya Pradesh State have been notified to be held on 27thNovember , 2008 .
And whereas the Presidents of Cantonment Boards ofJabalpur, Mhow and Saugor have recommended under Rule 20 of the Cantonment Electoral Rules , 2007 , to postpone the Cantonment Board Elections to a later date to avoid administrative problems in view of the close proximity ofAssembly Elections .
अध्यक्ष , छावनी बोर्ड, जबलपुर , महू और सागर ने छावनी निर्वाचन नियम , 2007 के नियम 20 के अधीन यह सिफारिश की है कि विधान सभा निर्वाचन होने के निकट सामित्य को ध्यान में रखते, हुए प्रशासनिक समस्याओं से बचने के लिए छावनी बोर्ड जबलपुर , महू और सागर के निर्वाचनों को किसी पश्चात्वर्ती तारीख के लिए स्थगित किया जाए ।
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) read with Rule 20 ofCantonment Electoral Rules, 2007 , the Central Government hereby fixes 18th January, 2009 to be the date on which elections to the Cantonment Boards Jabalpur, Mhow and Saugor shall be held instead of 14th December, 2008 .
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार छावनी निर्वाचन नियम , 2007 के नियम 20 के साथ पठित छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 41 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तारीख 18 जनवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको 14 दिसम्बर, 2008 के स्थान पर जबलपुर , महूऔर सागर छावनी बोडों के निर्वाचन होंगे ।
