का.आ. 2676(अ). राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) (ङ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , श्री जैमिनी कुमार शर्मा, संयुक्तसचिव, वस्त्र मंत्रालय को राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान के शासी बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए इस आदेश की तारीख से अथवा अगले आदेशों तक , इसमें से जो भी पहले हो तक, वर्तमान शासी बोर्ड की शेष अवधि के लिए शासी बोर्ड की सदस्यों की क्रम सं. 6 पर नामांकन को अधिसूचित करती है ।

In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) (e ) of Section 3 ofthe National Institute of Fashion Technology Act, 2006 the Central Government hereby notifies the nomination of Shri Jamini Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles to serve as member ofthe Board of Governors ofthe National Institute ofFashion Technology at Sl . No. 6 of the members of the Board ofGovernors for the remaining period ofthe present Board ofGovernors from the date of this order or till further orders whichever incidence takes place earlier .
