का.आ. 2678(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 34 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 18 नवम्बर , 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 से 18 (जिसमें दोनों सम्मिलित हैं ) , 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 , 86, 92 और 93 के उपबन्ध लागू होंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th November , 2008
S.O. 2678 (E) .- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -section (3) of Section 1 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of2006) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of November , 2008 , as the day on which the provisions of Sections 16 to 18 (both inclusive) , 81 , 82, 83 , 84, 85, 86, 92 and 93 ofthe said Act shall come into force.
