का.आ. 2685 (अ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में , निम्नलिखित घोषणा , जिसमें राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी कानाम अंतर्विष्ट है , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :-

पश्चिमी बंगाल की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए उप- निर्वाचन ।
निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 11 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि-
