का.आ. 2693(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 115/2008 - सीमा शुल्क (गै . टै ) , दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर , 2008 , देखें- का.आ. 2546 ( अ ) , दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर , 2008 , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची -1 में क्रम संख्या 7 तथा अनुसूची- II में क्रम सं. 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2693 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Board. hereby makes the amendment in the following Notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 115 /2008-Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 29th October, 2008 vide number S.O. 2546 (E), dated the 29th October , 2008 .
In the Sehedule - I of the said Notification for Serial No. 7 and Schedule - II for Serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
