का.आ. 2694( अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियम ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 37 ( आर ई-2008 ) /2004-2009 दिनांक 3 सितम्बर , 2008 , अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 5 सितम्बर, 2008 , अधिसूचना सं. 39 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 16 सितम्बर, 2008 , और अधिसूचना सं. 55 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 5 नवम्बर , 2008 , के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 93 ( आर ई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 1 अप्रैल , 2008 , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
(2) ऊपर उल्लिखित बाद में जारी अधिसूचनाओं के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आर ई-2007 ) /2004-09 दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 2007 द्वारा गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध में आंशिक छूट देते हुए , नीचे दी गई शतों और मात्रा के अनुसार निम्नलिखित 100 प्रतिशत ई ओ यूको गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात की अनुमति दी जाती है :-

3. उपर्युक्त 100 प्रतिशत ई ओ यू को गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात की अनुमति खरीफ मार्केटिंग सीज़न 2008-09 के दौरान दी गई है , निर्यातित मात्रा की निगरानी वाणिज्य विभाग द्वारा बनाई गई उपयुक्त प्रणाली के जरिए की जाएगी ।
4. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 2694(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to Notification No. 93 (RE- 2007)/2004-2009 dated 1st April , 2008 read with Notification No. 37 ( RE - 2008 )/2004-2009 dated 3rd September , 2008 , and Notification No. 38 (RE - 2008)/2004-2009 dated 5th September, 2008, Notification No. 39 (RE - 2008 )/2004-2009 dated 16th September , 2008, and Notification No. 55 (RE-2008 )/2004-2009 dated 5th November , 2008 :---
2.Inpartial relaxation ofban on export of non - basmati - rice imposed vide Notification No. 38 ( RE - 2007)/2004-2009 dated 15th October , 2007 , read with above mentioned subsequent Notificatiions , the following 100 % EOUs are allowed to export Non - basmati rice as per quantity as well as terms and conditions given under:----

3. The export of non - basmati rice allowed to the above 100 % EOUs shall be during Kharif Marketing Season 2008-09, and the quantity exported , shall be monitored through an appropriate system put in place by Department of Commerce.
