सा.का.नि. 798(अ), कीटनाशी नियम , 1971 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम , जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 36 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड के परामर्श से उक्त धारा की अपेक्षानुसार उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है; और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियम पर उस तारीख से, जिसको इस अधिसूचना वाले भारत के राजपत्र की प्रतियां जनता को उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं , पैतालिस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ;
उक्त प्रारूप नियम के संबंध में कोई सुझाव या आक्षेप केन्द्रीय सरकार के विचारार्थ उक्त अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व संयुक्त सचिव ( पादप संरक्षण ) , कृषि मंत्रालय , ( कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग ) , कृषि भवन , नई दिल्ली-110001 को भेजा जा सकेगा ।
प्रारूप नियम
1. (1 ) इस नियम का संक्षिप्त नाम कीटनाशी ( संशोधन) नियम, 2008 है ।
(2) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. कीटनाशी नियम , 1971 के नियम , 45 में भारत में समुद्र द्वारा आयात किए गए कीळनाशियों की बावत-चेन्नई, कांडला , कोच्ची, 4590 G1/2008
कोलकाता, मुंबई और तूतीकोरन ( एन्नौर ) -" शब्दों के स्थान पर " भारत में समुद्र द्वारा आयात किए गए कीटनाशियों की बाबत- चेन्नई, कांडसा, कोच्ची, कोलकाता , पोटमोगाओ, मुंबई और तूतीकोरन ( एनोर ) " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 798(E).-The following draft rule further to amend the Insecticides Rules , 1971 which the Central
(1) THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY

Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferredby Section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) in consultation with the Central Insecticides Board, is hereby published, as required by the said section, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, andnotice is hereby given that the said draft rule shall be taken into consderation after the expiry of a period of forty five days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available tothe public:
Any suggestion or objection in respect of the said draft ruje may be forwarded before the expiry of the said period for consideration of the Central Government to the JointSecretary (Plant Protection ), Ministry ofAgriculture, (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation ) , Krishi Bhavan , New Delhi - 110001 .
DraftRule
1. ( 1 ) This rule may be called the Insecticides (Amendment) Rule, 2008.
(2) This shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazetle .

2. In rule 45 ofthe Insecticides Rules, 1971 for the words "Chennai , Kandla, Kochi , Kolkata , Mumbai and Tuticorin (Ennor) in respect of insecticides imported by sea into India" , the words " Chennai , Kandla , Kochi, Kolkata, Mormugao, Mumbai and Tuticorin (Ennor) in respect of insecticides imported by sea into India " shallbe substituted.
