9. सा.का.नि. 803(अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल संरक्षण बल अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 23 ) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , रेल संरक्षण बल नियम , 1987 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-

11. 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल संरक्षण बल ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

18. जाएगा । 2. नियम 78 का संशोधन रेल संरक्षण बल नियम , 1987 के नियम 78.1 के अंत में आने वाले शब्द" अनुसूची 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट सहायक कर्मचारी वहीं वेतनमान प्राप्त करेंगे जो उस रैंक को धारण करने वाले अन्य अभ्यावेशित सदस्यों को अनुरोध है " का लोप किया
