विषय : स्माल कंज्यूमर पैक्स में खाद्य तेल के निर्यात की अनुमति और मत्स्य तेल का निर्यात अनुमत करने का प्रस्ताव-के संबंध में ।
का.आ. 2705( अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ,केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 92 ( आर ई -2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक1-4-2008 , अधिसूचना सं. 3 (आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 11-4-2008 और अधिसूचना सं. 33 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 19-8-2008 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 85 ( आर ई-2007)/2004-2009 दिनांक 17-3-2008 में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :
2. ऊपर उल्लिखित बाद में जारी अधिसूचनाओं के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 85 ( आर ई-2007 )/2004-2009 के आंशिक संशोधन में खाद्य तेलों के निर्यात की अनुमति निम्नानुसार दी जाएगी :-
(i ) 31 अक्तूबर , 2009 तक अगले एक वर्ष के दौरान 10,000 टन की सीमा के अधीन खाद्य तेलों के निर्यात की अनुमति 5 किग्रा. तक के ब्राण्डेड कंज्यूमर पैक्स में दी जाती है ऐसे निर्यात केवल सीमा शुल्क ई डी आई पत्तनों से ही अनुमत होंगे ।
( ii ) मत्स्य तेल के निर्यात की मुक्त रूप से अनुमति दी जाएगी ।
3. उपरोक्त पैरा 2 ( i ) में यथाउल्लिखित निर्यात किए जाने वाले खाद्य तेल की मात्रा की निगरानी वाणिज्य विभाग द्वारा नियत एक उचित प्रणाली के माध्यम से की जाएगी ।
4. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION

Subject : Permission for export of edible oil in small consumer packs and proposal to allow export of fish oilregarding.
S.O. 2705(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends, with immediate effect , Notification No. 85 ( RE- 2007)/ 2004-2009 dated 17-3-2008 , read with Notification No. 92 ( RE - 2007)/2004-2009 dated 1-4-2008 , Notification No. 3 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11-4-2008 and Notification No. 33 (RE -2008)/2004-2009 dated 19th August, 2008 , as under :---
2.Inpartial modification ofNotification No. 85 ( RE- 2007)/2004-2009 dated 17-3-2008 read with above subsequent Notifications , export of edible oils shall be allowed as under :----
(i) The export of edible oils is permitted in branded consumer packs of up to 5 Kgs , subject to a limit of 10,000 tons during the next one year up to 31st October , 2009 : Such exports shall be allowed only from Customs EDI Ports .
(ii) Export of fish oil shall be allowed freely .
3. The quantity of edible oil to be exported as mentioned in Para 2 (i ) above shall be monitored through an appropriate system to be put in place by Department of Commerce .
4. This issues in Public Interest .
