नई दिल्ली, 20 नवम्बर, 2008 सं. 61 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-2009 का.आ. 2706(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 4 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 11 अप्रैल , 2008 के साथ पठित अधिसूचना सं. 13 ( आर ई-2008 )/2004- 2009 दिनांक 27 मई , 2008 के पैरा 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित परिवर्धन करती है :-
" 2.1 उपर्युक्त पैरा 2 में निहित किसी भी तथ्य के बावजूद मै. आईडीईबी प्रोजेक्ट्स (प्रा. ) लिमिटेड, बंगलौर द्वारा मालदीव सरकार के साथ किए गए द्विपक्षीय समझौते के अधीन आतिथ्य और पर्यटन अध्ययन केन्द्र के भारत- मालदीव मित्रता संकाय के निर्माण के लिए मालदीव को 50 कि.ग्रा. की 41,100 बोरियों के सीमेंट के निर्यात की अनुमति तूतीकोरिन पत्तन से दी जाएगी । सीमेंट के निर्यात की मात्रा और समय - सारणी ( विनिर्देशन : आई एस : 269 के अनुरूप ओ पी सी , आई एस 1489 के अनुरूप पीपीसी , अथवा आई एस : 455 : 1989 के अनुरूप पीएससी ) नीचे दी गई है :-

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 20th November, 2008 No. 61 (RE- 2008)/2004-2009
S.O. 2706(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect , the following addition at the end of Para 2 of the Notification No. 13 (RE-2008 )/2004-2009 dated 27th May , 2008 read with Notification No. 4 (RE-2008 )/2004-2009 dated 11th April, 2008 :---
"2.1 Notwithstanding anything contained in Para 2 above, export of cement by M/s . IDEB Projects (P) Limited, Bangalore shall be allowed from Tuticorin Port , for a quantity of 41,100 bags of 50 Kg . each , to Maldives for construction of Indian -Maldives Friendship Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies Centre under a bilateral agreement signed with Government of Maldives . The quantity and schedule of export of Cement (Specifications : OPC conforming to IS : 269, PPC conforming to IS : 1489 or PSC conforming to IS : 455: 1989) shall be as under:-
