सा.का.नि. 809 (अ) .-राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का 2) की धारा 24 की उप- धारा (3) के खंड (क) के साथ पठित उप- बारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्था आयोग ( अध्यक्षों और अन्य सदस्यों के वेतन एवं भत्ते और सेवा शर्तें) नियमावली, 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
" 3. वेतन और भत्ते:
( 1 ) उपनियम (2 ) में यथा उपबंधित को छोड़कर, अध्यक्ष और प्रत्येक सदस्य को वित्त मंत्रालय के निर्देशों के अनुसार मंहगाई वेतन और भत्ते सहित 80,000 रु. प्रतिमाह का वेतन दिया जाएगा जिसमें से सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ सम्बंधी पेंशन राशि को कम कर दिया जाएगा । वे आवास किराया भत्ते , यात्रा भत्ते और टेलीफोन सुविधाओं के पात्र होंगे जो कि भारत सरकार के सचिव को उपलब्ध हैं । "
यह संशोधन 6 जून , 2006 से लागू होगा ।

New Delhi, the 17th November, 2008
G.S.R. 809(E ) In exercise of the powers conferred bysub- section (1) read with clause (a) ofsub -section (3 ) of Section 24 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004 (2 of2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairpersons and other Members) Rules , 2006;-
"3. Salaries andAllowances :
(1) Save as otherwise provided in sub-rule (2), the Chairman and every Member shall be paid a salary of Rs . 80,000 per month with Dearness Pay and Allowances less the pension equivalent to retirement benefits accordingto the instructions of the Ministry of Finance. They shall be entitled to House Rent Allowance, travelling allowance and telephone facilities as admissible to a Secretaryto theGovernment of India."
The amendment shall take effect from 6th June, 2006.
