सह.का. नि. 811 (अ). महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) , की धारा 132 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा 124 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वाग्र प्रदत्त अधिकारों के प्रयोग में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ( चिकित्स्य परिचर्या व उपचार ) संशोधन विनियम, 2008 काअनुमोदन करती है , जो कि कोलकाता पत्तन के न्यासी मंडल द्वारा बनाया गया है और इस अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में संलग्न है ।
2. उपरोक्त विनियम इसके सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा ।

G.S.R. 811 (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 124 read with sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 132 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby approves the Kolkata Port Trust Employees' (Medical Attendance and Treatment ) Amendment Regulations , 2008 made by the Board ofTrustees for thePortof Kolkata and set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification .
2. The said regulations shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette

कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ( चिकित्सा परिचर्या व उपचार ) संशोधन विनियम , 2008
महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) का धारा 124 के साथ पठित उप- धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में , कोलकाता पत्तन के न्यासी मंडल कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ( चिकित्सा परिचर्या व उपचार ) विनियम, 1989 को पुनः संशोधित करने हेतु एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं , यथा :-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को ' कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ' ( चिकित्सा परिचर्या व उपचार ) संशोधन विनियम , 2008 के नाम से जाना जाएगा ।
2. ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे ।
3. कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी ( चिकित्सा परिचर्या व उपचार ) विनियम , 1989 में, विनियम ( 1) में खंड ( क ) के उपखंड (v ) में 'तथा उसके साथ रहते हों ' शब्द जो अंत में आया है , हटा दिया जाएगा ।

( i ) सा.का.नि. सं. 633 ( अ ) , दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 1993
(ii ) सा.का.नि. सं. 169 ( अ ) , दिनांक 3 अप्रैल, 1998
( iii) सा.का.नि. सं. 431 (अ ) , दिनांक 13 जून , 2001
SCHEDULE
Kolkata Port Trust Employees ' (Medical Attendance and Treatment) Amendment Regulations,2008 In exereise ofthe powers conferred by Section 28 read with Section 124 of the Majur Port Trusts Act. 1963 (38 of 1963) , theBoard of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Kolkata Port Trust Employees' (Medical Attendance and Treatment) Regulations , 1989 , namely:-
1. ( 1) These Regulations may be called the 'KolkataPort Trust Employees' ( Medical Attendance and Treatment) Amendment Regulations,2008.
2.
They shall some into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Kolkata Port Trust Employees' (Medical Attendance and Treatment) Regulations, 1989, in regulation 10 , in the Explanation, in clause ( a ) in sub - clause (v) , the words ' and are residing with her occurring at the end, shall be omitted.
