सा.का.नि. 816(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , यह संतुष्ट होने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , एसद्वारा निदेश देती है कि वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग ) , भारत सरकार की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना , जो कि नीचे दी गई तालिका के कालम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट की गई है , संशोधित होगी या ' और संशोधित' होगी , जैसा भी मामला हो , इस तरीके से जो उस तालिका के कालम 3 के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट की गई है ।

G.S.R. 816(E)- In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments or further amendments as the casemay be in each of the notifications of the Govemment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , specified in column (2) of the Tablebelow, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table, namely: -
