आ.अ. 171 (अ).-यतः मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , आन्ध्र प्रदेश ने , आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के संदर्भ में परिसीमन आयोग के दिनांक 31 मई , 2007 को प्रकाशित आदेश संख्या 46 से संलग्न सारणी ' क ' में उल्लिखित कुछ विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के विवरण में असावधानी या चूक के कारण हुई कुछ गलतियों की सूचना दी है ;
और यतः , आयोग के विचार से उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के विस्तार के विवरण में तत्काल दोष सुधार किया जाना आवश्यक है ताकि असावधानी या चूक के कारण उत्पन्न हुई त्रुटियों में सुधार किया जा सके और आदेश को सुधार कर अद्यतन किया जा सके;
अतः , अब, परिसीमन अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 11 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा , आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित उक्त आदेश संख्या 46 से संलग्न सारणी ' क' में निम्नलिखित सुधार करता है , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st November , 2008
O. N. 171 (E) .- Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer , Andhra Pradesh has intimated a few mistakes that have occurred due to inadvertent slip or omission in the description of certain Assembly Constituencies mentioned in Table A appended to the Delimitation Commission's Order No : 46, published on 31st May, 2007 , in respect ofthe State of Andhra Pradesh;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make necessary corrections in the description of the extent of those constituencies so as to correct the errors arising from inadvertent slip or omissions and to bring the Order correct and uptodate;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Delimitation Act , 2002 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following corrections in Table A appended to the said Order No. 46 relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh , namely :---
