7. सा.का.मि. 426 , तारीख 28 अक्तूबर , 2000 सा.का.नि. 818(अ), केंद्रीय सरकार, केंद्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 61 ) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय रेशम बोर्ड नियम , 1955 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

9. सा.का.नि. 632, (अ ) , तारीख 28 सितम्बर , 2007 1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय रेशम बोर्ड (संशोधन) नियम, 2008 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. केंद्रीय रेशम कोई नियम , 1955 में, नियम 53 के पश्चात्, निम्मलिखित नियम जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 818(E). In exercise of powers conferredby section 13 ofthe Central Silk Board Act, 1948 (LXI of 1948 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following nules further to amend the Central Silk Board Rules, 1955, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Silk Board (Amendment ) Rules , 2008 .
"54. रेशम उद्योग के उत्पादों का व्यापार और काणिज्य: तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी विधि में अंतर्विष्ट रेशम उद्योग के कच्चे माल और उत्पादों के संचलन पर लगे निबंधन रेशमकीट बीज, कोयों, जिसके अंतर्गत रीलिंग कोये श्री हैं, रेशमी सूत और रेशम उद्योग के अन्य उत्पाद के भंडारण , वितरण , व्यापार, और वाणिज्य पर लागू नहीं होंगे।"

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Silk Board Rules, 1955, after rule 53 , the following shall be added, namely:-

"54. Trade and Commerce in of theproducts of Silk Industry : The restrictions on the movement ofthe raw materials and products

ofSilk Industry , contained in any law for the time being in force, shall not apply to storing, distribution, trade and commerce of the silk- worm seed, cocoons , including reeling cocoons, silk yarn and other products ofsilk industry."
