का.आ. 2715 ( अ ).-राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान अधिनियम, 2006 की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) ( छ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान के शासी बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए श्री जगदीश शर्मा, जी-3 , पेराडाईज अपार्टमेंट, डी-148 , दुर्गा मार्ग , बनीपार्क, जयपुर ( राजस्थान ) का नामांकन इस आदेश की तारीख से अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इमसें से जो भी पहले हो तक , वर्तमान शासी बोर्ड की शेष अवधि के लिए शासी बोर्ड के सदस्यों की सूची के क्रम सं. 12 पर अधिसूचित करती है ।

In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section ( 3 ) (G ) of Section 3 of the National Institute of Fashion Technology Act, 2006 the Central Government hereby notifies the nomination of Shri Jagdish Sharma, G-3, Paradise Apartment, D- 148 , Durga Marg , Banipark, Jaipur (Rajasthan) to serve as member of the Board of Governors of the National Institute of Fashion Technology atSl . No. 12 ofthe members ofthe Board ofGovernors for the remaining period of the present Board of Governors from the date of this order or till further orders whichever incidence takes place earlier.
