का.आ. 2716( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, बाट तथा माप मानक (पैकेज में रखी वस्तुएं ) नियम , 1977 के नियम 40 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय , मुंबई द्वारा 2008 की कम्पनी याचिका संख्या 150 और 151 में 3 जुलाई , 2008 को दिए गए निदेश के अनुसरण में मैसर्स महाराष्ट्र हाइब्रिड सीड्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड , रेशम भवन , चतुर्थ तल , 78 , वीर नारीमन रोड, मुंबई-400020 को अपने उत्पाद पर मैसर्स माहीको सीड्स लिमिटेड के नाम और पते के साथ - साथ एक अतिक्ति स्टिकर द्वारा अपना नाम और पता घोषित करने और अतिरिक्त स्टिकर के साथ ऐसे पैकेज के विनिर्माण की अनुमति देती है जो नीचे की तालिका में दिए गए हैं : -

New Delhi , the 21st November , 2008
S.O. 2716(E) . In exercise of powers conferred by rule 40 of the Standards of Weights and Measures (Packaged Commodities) Rules 1977, and in pursuance of the direction of the High Court of Judicature at Mumbai dated the 3rd July, 2008 in Company Petition No. 150 and 151 of 2008 , the Central Government hereby accords permission to M/s . Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company Limited, Resham Bhavan, 4th Floor, 78 , Veer Nariman Road, Mumbai -400020 to declare their name and address by an additional sticker alongwith name and address of M/ s. Mahyco Seeds Ltd. , printed on the product and to manufacture such package with additional sticker as given in the table below.
