सा.का.नि. 823(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1987 ( 1987 का 39 ) की धारा 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति के परामर्शसे उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति नियम, 2000 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेवा समिति ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. उच्चतम न्यायालय विधिक सेषा समिति नियम, 2000 के नियम 4 के खण्ड ( क ) में " संयुक्त रजिस्ट्रार " शब्दों के स्थान पर " उप-रजिस्ट्रार " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 28th November, 2008
G.S.R. 823 (E )-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 27 of the Legal Services Authorities Act , 1987 (39 of1987), the Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Supreme Court Legal Services Cominittee Rules,2000 , namely:
1.(1 ) These rules may be called the SupremeCourt Legal Services Committee ( Amendment ) Rules,2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the OfficialGazette .
2. In the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Rules, 2000, in rule 4, clause (a) , for the words "Joint Registrar" , the words " Deputy Registrar " shall be substituted.
